In what is sure to be a dampening piece of news, Nokia clarified that the Windows Phone 7.8 upgrade the tech world recently caught on some Lumia 800 handsets was merely a trail version. The tech giant confirmed that the official complete version of Windows Phone 7.8 will hit retail handsets only next year. The upgrade is believed to be available in the first quarter of 2013.
