Gmail Increases free storage to 10GB

Google has decided to Increase the Gmail storage from 7.5GB to 10GB. This extended storage is being rolled-out to global Gmail users in stages, most of the consumers will first see 8GB of space in their mailboxes, which will then increase to 9GB and then 10GB.
Consumers will still have the option to buy more storage from Google with plans starting from 25GB for $2.49 per month.
